This is a low mileage older 30' Class A motor home. Its manufacturer, "Gulf Stream" is still one of the largest motor home manufacturers. It is well equipped with extra large awning with rafter, and newer window awnings. Has Chevy 454 engine with automatic transmission. It has 2 new batteries and the tires and wheel covers are in good shape..

Layout: Rear queen bed with closets on both sides, booth type dinette behind drivers seat, and flip sofa across from dinette. "L" shaped kitchen. Upholstery looks practically new. Carpet is cleaned.

We are replacing worn items and having it tuned up and doing chassis maintenance. New antifreeze, engine oil, servicing brakes and bearings. Getting it ready for a major trip. It has a trailer hitch, drivers door, lindeen vent covers, rear skirt and is in above average condition.,
