This is the best value in a small toy hauler. Very sturdy and well made. It has two sofa beds which fold against the side walls. Lots of room for ATV's or bikes or a golf cart.
The 2012 model has a major exterior improvement. New graphics and colors make it very sharp looking. No more "retro" look .... very classy.
Cargo area measurements: The rear door is 60" wide and 70" tall. The 6' 9" wide cargo area* extends 7.5' from the rear door to the closet, and a total of 12' to the kitchen cabinet. Between the closet and the refrigerator is 34" wide. Cargo capacity is 1,170 lbs. The UVW is 2,320 lbs which includes 380 lbs hitch weight.
* The interior width of the 6'9" wide floor, is narrower due to the sofa beds on each side, which fold against the wall to make room for cargo.
It is fully self contained including toilet and shower, it has air, awning, gas furnace, water heater, microwave, toilet, shower, two roof vents, spare tire and 3.5 cu ft gas/110v refrigerator.
It sleeps 4 on 2 sofa's. It includes 4 stabilizing jacks, single kitchen sink, am/fm/CD player, microwave and a 2 burner gas cook stove. Just as in regular Sportsmen's, it has R-7 insulation. This 16' toy hauler has one axle with electric brakes, heavy safety chains and break-a-way switch.
Our stock models have almost every possible option, including a larger air conditioner. We sold out of 16' toy haulers in March, April, May and October. We now have 2012 models on order for December delivery, or will store yours free up to April 2012..
