GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION & DELIVERY TO SITE We can deliver a camper to your site and bring it back at the end of the rental. We charge $1.50 per mile round trip for the 2 trips. We are not responsible for site problems due to utility connections, water or mud at the site, etc. The cost of the site, and entering the area are not included in our rental cost. These costs are paid by the renter. Winter rentals require heated water lines, at extra cost. RENTAL PAYMENTS: A deposit is paid when the reservation is written. The rental cost is paid in full when you pick up the unit. If we deliver the camper to the site, or if you pay by personal check, send it at least 2 weeks before rental. Otherwise, pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Travelers Check. AWNING WARNING: If the awning is left up during rain or wind storms, it can be damaged. You are responsible for that damage. Always lower one end when away from the camper, but be sure it is high enough that the door does not damage it. TO TOW you need a class 3 hitch receiver with a 2" square hole and a 7 wire connector. If you do not have these items, you must purchase them. You can rent the hitch bars & head for $35 & the sway control for $30. The brake control for $40. Hitch receivers and wiring connectors are left on permanently. The rental items are removed after the rental. DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS: A $200 reservation deposit is required ($400 on long term**). It is refunded by mail, a few days after the camper is returned in clean and undamaged condition. Cancellations: The deposit is refunded, with a $75 service charge, if the rental is canceled at least 30 days prior to departure. Thereafter, no refund. ** on long term rentals the "user" must make a $400 deposit, regardless of who is paying for the rental. INSURANCE is required. Contact your agent for a certificate of insurance which is primary coverage. Our commercial coverage with ($500 deductible) provides secondary coverage. If you have coverage but they won't cover our rental trailer, we will provide information about a company who will sell you coverage.
