Class "C" (Sun Seeker Brand) MOTOR HOME RENTAL RATES - 15% DISCOUNT: Nov 1st to March 15th (except Dec 22nd to Jan 3rd)
All have hot water, shower, sink, cook stove, gas refrigerator, toilet, hitch**, generator and a furnace. They sleep 6 to 8 people and seat 7 to 10, depending on the model. Many models also have awning & microwave. They have Chevy Vortec V8 engines or Ford Triton V-10s. They have power steering, power brakes and automatic transmissions. They get 7 to 12 MPG. They are made by Forest River. They are Sunseeker models. Extra tough and easy to operate. The rental charge is based on 24 hour days, from time you leave. Holiday weekends are a 4 day minimum rental.

Generator Use: 2 hrs per day is included. Thereafter $2. per hr . Everything works except the air and microwave, without using generator. ** Hitch use: Tow at your own risk. An extra $50 charge is made. Ball & shank included. Otherwise hitch is locked.

DEPOSITS: The reservation and damage deposit is $500. The deposit refund is mailed within a week after you return. We take all major credit cards, cash & Travelers Checks. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, unless received 14 days before rental.
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel the reservation 60 days before departure, the full deposit is refunded. Under 60 days, $100 service charge is made. If 30 days before departure, a $150 service charge is made. From 15 to 30 days, we charge $200. If 14 days or less, no refund unless we can book the unit for another rental. If we can, a $200 service charge is made.
EXCESS MILEAGE. We permit 300 miles of travel per day of rental, the first 100 of which is free. The additional mileage is $.333 per mile. If your total mileage exceeds the average of 300 miles per day, a $.50 per mile surcharge is made for the excess mileage. High mileage is the primary reason for low resale value and high maintenance on our rentals, and is why we must charge this.
GASOLINE TANK fuel level is checked when you leave. YOU fill it to same point when returning, or we do, and deduct cost of fuel from your deposit. IF the motor home requires oil or maintenance during the trip, you are reimbursed for expenses up to $150. Bring back receipts. Repair or expenses over $100 require prior approval. IMPORTANT NOTE: CHECK THE OIL on the engine & generator. If you return the camper with oil levels below the "add" mark, $50 or more will be kept from the deposit. NO oil on the dipstick: NO refund. We expect the camper to be clean & tanks dumped when returned. Otherwise we charge $50 or more cleanup. Prearranged cleaning and dumping is $99.
AWNING WARNING: Your unit has a patio awning, which must be rolled up when leaving the camper unattended. If it rains, water pools up and can damage the awning. You are responsible for awning damage, or any damage, which occurs while you are renting the camper.
BREAKDOWNS: In the event of chassis problems, phone ahead for the nearest Chevrolet or Ford dealer and take it there. You will be reimbursed for repairs, and a refund to cover the hours needed for repairs. We do not pay for additional expenses. By your signature on the contract you agree to these conditions. RV SUPPLIES & APPLIANCES: If a hookup item breaks or is missing, pick one up at a camping store and get a receipt for reimbursement. For appliance service, contact a large RV Dealer for assistance. Expenses over $100 must be approved by Posts Traveland. If you pay out money: GET A RECEIPT & we will reimburse you.
Your Auto insurance is your primary coverage for PL, PD and Comprehensive protection. We require proof of insurance. On motor home rentals a 300/100/50 limit is required. IF your insurance company will not adequately cover the rental, you can get coverage elsewhere. We can supply you with an application form and the name of some sources.
